At Happy Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all items in their original condition. Please note that custom-designed pieces and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original packaging, including all diamond certificates and appraisal documents to avoid a replacement fee.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided by our team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
